Founders Lynn Johnson and Stefania Pomponi each have over 30 years of experience holding inclusive, productive spaces for professionals working to make major impact
We have worked with every type of organization: large and small non-profits, small businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, foundations, social impact companies, and government agencies as well as cohorts and collaboratives

Some other stuff you need to know:
In-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences
From 1-hour to multi-day
Willing and able travel
Facilitation team includes at least one Lead Facilitator and one Assistant
Minimum 4 weeks lead time to prepare for each experience
Each Scope of Work includes time for prep and follow-up as well as a detailed Wrap Report including notes, insights, and recommended next steps
Work with a variety of budgets with rates starting at $1500
