Lynn Johnson
FOUNDER
Since the end of the last century, Lynn Johnson has worked at the intersection of social impact, entrepreneurship, and arts + media. She has founded and successfully led several social ventures dedicated to culture building through the lens of gender and racial justice.

Ashley Keeler White
FOUNDER
Ashley has worked with some of the most recognizable names in corporate America. She has helped businesses tackle their toughest challenges in finance, accounting, and strategy. As a consultant, Ashley learned the inner workings of some of the largest corporations in the world, while simultaneously developing the desire and talent to help smaller businesses succeed.
She left corporate America as a “high performer” in a white supremacist world with the realization that the ability to operate in a white supremacist world does not equal complicity or complacency in doing so.
Inspired by her grandfather, Isiah, who built bridges in the Vietnam war, Ashley has established herself as a bridge-builder for social impact and equality. Ashley’s goal is to show companies how being actively anti-racist can positively impact their bottom line.
Ashley is now a sought-after consulting CFO to woman-owned and Black-owned businesses, including Hella Social Impact. Ashley feels called to do her part to narrow the wealth gap between minorities and the majority in the United States. She is an advocate for Black and Brown people, and is committed to using financial literacy as a tool against oppression.
Ashley is currently cultivating her green thumb in the purple Peach State (Atlanta, GA).
