The purpose of The Hella Intensive is to provide you with just the right amount of education—plus a heavy dose of community connection, consultation, and practice—to take action on your commitments to racial justice.

 

Following Hella Social Impact’s Notice. Name. Dismantle.™ racial justice framework, cohort participants will:

  • Learn how systems of white supremacy, patriarchy, and other forms of oppression harm Black and Non-Black People of Color and ultimately impact the overall health of your business

  • Measure how your organization is currently showing up for racial justice and determine what work still must be done  

  • Practice getting comfortable with the discomfort of making mistakes and accessing the courage to do what’s right

  • Design a strategy to help you align your policies, practices, and programs with anti-racist principles

  • Create a communications plan to share your journey and build trust with customers, employees, and and communities, and inspire even greater impact

  • Collaborate and connect with a cohort of like-minded professionals who will cheer you on, provide feedback, and help you stay accountable to your goals
