This introductory course starts you off on your journey down the Racial Justice Spectrum and shows you just what you need to be able to impactfully and authentically show up for racial justice.
You will be introduced to Hella’s Notice. Name. Dismantle. Framework and how it can be a tool for assessing, aligning, and amplifying your journey towards courageous leadership and building equitable, inclusive organizations.
-
Too often, Justice/Equity/Diversity/Inclusion (JEDI) work starts with diversity as the first action—”we need to connect with more people of color!”—but that should be one of the last actions.
Find out why the work of anti-racism needs to start with inclusion first, then—and only then— meaningful equity and impactful diversity initiatives can follow.
This workshop will focus on building humanity and recognizing privilege within yourself and your organization so that folks from marginalized communities—and our partnerships with them—can thrive.
-
In a truly safe, trusted, and inclusive workplace, it is the responsibility of everyone to name harm when it is caused. This may be difficult to do based on our race, ability, gender, and other identities.
This workshop will introduce different frameworks for having courageous/difficult conversations in addition to the process for giving and receiving feedback to ensure we are centering the lived experiences of the most intentionally ignored and excluded.

All business is personal.
If you want your folks to be able to show up as their true selves, your organization must examine your values and align them with the commitments you have made to racial and social justice. When internal values and external commitments are out of alignment, mission statements, culture codes, and corporate values become meaningless.
This workshop will lead you on a deep exploration of your organizational values and show you how to integrate them into all aspects of your business in a way that makes your culture more equitable and inclusive.
