We recommend that you engage multiple members of your team in completing the Assessment.
This gives you a more comprehensive picture of our organization from multiple perspectives. Be intentional about asking employees across various levels of diversity (race, gender, sexuality, nationality, etc.) and at all levels of our organizational chart.
